How can I order?
There are several ways to order.
• You can order online via our website.
• You can order by phone.
• You can order via our form by letter or fax. You can find the form here: purchase order form
How can I pay for my order?
You have several options to pay for your order. We offer payment by Paypal, bank transfer, Sofort(Klarna) and cash on delivery. Unfortunately, cash on delivery is only possible within Germany. Furthermore, it is also possible to pay for the order in cash in our shop in Berlin.
If you would like to pay by credit card, please select Paypal as payment method at checkout. You can then pay with your credit card via Paypal. You do not need to open or own an account with Paypal.
Can I change my order later?
Once the order has been sent, it cannot be changed online. However, we can cancel the order and create a new order as long as your order has not yet been shipped. For order changes please write to [email protected]
With which courier company will my order be shipped?
We ship orders inside Germany via DHL. Orders with a European destination will be shipped with Hermes, DPD or DHL.
