Shipping costs for Germany

All orders are shipped insured with DHL and can be tracked by a tracking number.

Express delivery with delivery on the next working day (only from Monday to Friday for orders received before 1 pm): up to 2kg, the surcharge is 26.00€, from 2kg, the surcharge is 28.00€. Express delivery is only possible within Germany.

There are no costs for collection by the customer.

Shipping costs for the EU area and the UK

The shipping costs apply to traceable shipments. Unfortunately, sending a cheap letter is impossible, as no proof of shipment is available. We do ship with DHL or Hermes. The carrier depends on your ordered items. We ship most perfumes with Hermes or DPD as DHL has some restrictions on shipping perfume by aircraft. Islands are unfortunately excluded from the shipment of perfume sprays. We can only ship perfume oils to islands.

Cash on delivery is unfortunately not possible outside Germany.

The contract language is German or English. The presentation of the products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue.

After entering your personal data and by clicking the button "Submit" in the final step of the ordering process, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping basket.

The confirmation of receipt of the order follows immediately after sending the order. The sales contract is concluded with our order confirmation or delivery of the goods.
