Instructions for cupping:

Pressure: The vacuum pressure of the cup can be adjusted by the number of pumps.

Cupping time: 1-3 minutes is recommended
 

1. Locate the body point which needs to be treated. Put some cream or body oil on the skin. This produces a better suction and therefore a better result.

2. Place the cup on the skin and pump an appropriate amount. Remove the vaccum pump. Now move the cup slowly and gently in circular movements. The treatment time recommended is 3-6 minutes.

3. Do cupping only 1-2 times a day. Dont use cupping treatment directly after exercise and meals.

4. Keep a sitting or lying postion during cupping treatment.

5. Cups can be used on specific painful body points also.
