Payment methods

1) Bank Transfer (Prepayment) means that the customer transfers the payment in advance. Once the payment has been credited to our account, we will dispatch the order.
Please transfer the invoice amount to our bank account and be sure to include the order ID and the name of the customer as a reference on the payment.
Once we have received and processed your payment, we will ship your order without delay.

2) For payments via PayPal, you can use your PayPal balance, direct debit (from your linked bank account), or credit card.

3) In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made directly to Klarna:

• Invoice: Payment term is 14 days from dispatch of the goods/tickets or, in the case of other services, from provision of the service. • Klarna’s financing service allows you to pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly instalments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (minimum €6.95), or as otherwise stated at checkout. Payments are due at the end of each month after Klarna sends you a monthly invoice. • Sofort bank transfer: Your account will be debited immediately upon placing the order.
• Direct debit: Your account will be charged after the goods have been dispatched. You will receive an email notification beforehand. (Please only list payment methods that are actually offered by you.)

Use of the Klarna payment methods “Invoice”, “Instalment Purchase” and “Direct Debit” requires a positive credit check. For this purpose, we transmit your data to Klarna within the framework of the purchase initiation and execution for the purpose of address and creditworthiness verification. Please understand that we can only offer those payment methods that are permitted based on the result of the credit check. 4) Payments via Shopify Payments:
When paying via Shopify Payments, you can choose from various payment methods, including credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro) as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and other local options depending on your country. Your order will be dispatched immediately once the payment has been completed.

5) Self-Collection: You may also collect your order in person from our premises in Berlin after making an appointment and pay in cash. If you wish to collect your order yourself, please contact us after placing your order.

Unfortunately, we generally do not offer payment by invoice due to the administrative burden of pursuing unpaid invoices.
Public institutions are not affected by this rule and may request invoice payments.
