How long does shipping take within Germany?

Shipping within Germany usually takes place within 2-4 business days after receipt of payment. In exceptional cases, delays may occur, of which we will of course inform you.

Do you also ship internationally?

Yes, we ship throughout Europe, to the USA, and Canada. However, please note that there are shipping restrictions for spray perfumes in some countries. Perfume oils and other items can be delivered internationally.

Yes, you can return unused items within 14 days of receipt. Please contact our customer service in advance to register the return.

How do I know if a product is available?

You can see the availability of a product directly on the respective product page. If an item is out of stock, you can be notified there as soon as it is back in stock.

Do you carry original fragrances or fragrance dupes?

We only carry original products from renowned brands such as Lattafa, Swiss Arabian, Sultan Essancy, Al Rehab, Al Haramain, Surrati, Ard Al Zaafaran, and others. Many of these manufacturers are known for their high-quality fragrance compositions inspired by popular designer and niche fragrances. With us, you are guaranteed no counterfeits or imitations – all products come directly from the manufacturer or authorized distributors. You will find the fragrance profiles transparently in each product description.

How do I know if a fragrance is right for me?

Every fragrance in our shop has a detailed description with fragrance notes, character, and recommendations for the appropriate occasion or skin type. This way, you can choose exactly what suits your personality or season.

How long do your perfumes last?

The shelf life varies depending on the fragrance type and skin. The eau de parfum and perfume oils in our range are characterized by particularly long-lasting compositions – many customers report a projection of 6–10 hours.

Are your perfume oils alcohol-free?

Our perfume oils are highly concentrated fragrance oils that are not mixed with alcohol. They do not contain added alcohols such as ethanol or isopropyl alcohol. However, due to production reasons, traces of alcohol from natural extraction processes (e.g., alcohol residues from the extraction of essential oils) may be present. These residues are minimal and technically unavoidable. Our oils are therefore considered alcohol-free in the conventional sense, but may contain traces of alcohol.

Can I also test fragrances with you?

In our store in Berlin, you can experience and test all of our perfumes live. We also offer smaller bottles and testers online – ideal for sampling.

How does a dupe differ from an original?

A dupe is a fragrance composition inspired by the original – often strikingly similar, but at a significantly lower price. We attach great importance to quality and authenticity so that you receive a comparable fragrance experience.

How does the loyalty points program work?

With our loyalty program, registered customers collect points with every purchase, which can be redeemed on their next purchase. Prior registration in a customer account is required.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery within Germany takes around 2–4 business days. International delivery times may vary.

Where do you ship to?

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

From what order value is shipping within Germany free?

We offer free shipping within Germany on orders of €59 or more.

Do you deliver to DHL Packstations and post offices?

Yes. Enter your DHL Packstation or post office as the delivery address at checkout. Please include your Postnummer and the Packstation or branch number in full.

Can I collect my order in person?

Yes. Simply select “Pickup” as the delivery method at checkout. Collection is available at Oriental-Style, Karl-Marx-Straße 126, 12043 Berlin.

Returns & Issues

Do you accept returns?

Returns are possible within the statutory right of withdrawal. Please test perfume only briefly and carefully, as you would be able to in a shop. For returns, compensation for loss of value may be withheld under Section 357a of the German Civil Code if the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics. Further information is available in our withdrawal policy.

I received a damaged item. What should I do?

Please email us a photo of the damaged item along with your order number. We will arrange a solution as quickly as possible.

Can I order perfume samples?

Yes. Our perfume samples let you try selected fragrances before choosing a larger bottle.

How long does a perfume last on the skin?

This depends on the fragrance type, such as eau de parfum or perfume oil, and on your skin type. Our fragrances generally offer very good longevity of 6 to 12 hours or more.

What is the difference between eau de parfum and perfume oil?

Eau de parfum contains alcohol and projects more noticeably into the air, while perfume oil sits directly on the skin and is especially long-lasting. Both have their own advantages.
