A. Cancellation Policy

Introduction

Consumers have a right of cancellation under the following conditions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not related to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

You may use the attached sample cancellation form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising if you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract.

Returns can only be sent to the following address: Oriental-Style (Returns), Karl-Marx-Str. 126, 12043 Berlin, Germany.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Cancellation

The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

The right of cancellation expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

General Notes

1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. Use protective outer packaging if necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to provide adequate protection against transport damage.
2) Please do not send the goods back to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the above points 1 and 2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of cancellation.
