Why use mustard oil for hair?

How to use

1. Pre-shampoo treatment

Apply a small amount to lengths and ends, leave on for 10–30 minutes, then wash out thoroughly with shampoo.

2. Scalp massage

Apply in small sections directly to the scalp and massage gently. Leave on for 30–60 minutes or, for a more intensive routine, overnight.

3. Overnight care

Distribute sparingly over scalp and hair, leave in overnight and wash out thoroughly the next morning. Suitable for use once or twice a week, depending on your hair’s needs.

Tips for easy wash-out

For oil treatments, applying shampoo to dry hair first, lathering briefly and then adding water can help remove the oil more easily.
