Damask rose and hibiscus
Hibiscus & Rose opens with Damask rose and hibiscus. Rose supplies a full floral note, while hibiscus creates a fruit-tart contrast. The pairing stays floral but does not read as rose alone, since hibiscus moves the flower into a livelier direction.
Cassis, vanilla and leather
Cassis and vanilla meet at the heart. Cassis follows the fruity side of hibiscus, while vanilla adds warmth and softness. Leather sets a dry, distinctive accent beside them. Fruit, sweetness and a darker leather aspect therefore stand together at the centre.
