Vanibella by Sultan Essancy – Eau de Parfum for Women and Men

Top note: Bitter Almond
Heart notes: Vanilla, Florals
Base notes: Vanilla Absolute, Sandalwood, Tonka

Vanibella by Sultan Essancy focuses on bitter almond, vanilla, florals, vanilla absolute, sandalwood, and tonka. The fragrance begins with a clearly defined almond facet, becomes softer and more vanilla-centred through the heart, and finally settles into a warm, woody base with a calm sense of depth.

Bitter almond shapes the first impression and gives the composition immediate definition. Rather than opening with a long list of competing top notes, Vanibella concentrates on one distinctive beginning. This makes its direction easy to recognise and creates a clear contrast with the vanilla that follows.

Bitter Almond Creates the First Contrast

That simplicity is exactly what makes the opening interesting. Bitter almond can feel dry, nutty, and slightly sharp, providing a deliberate counterpoint to the softer development ahead. The fragrance therefore does not begin with full vanilla sweetness, but allows its warmer side to emerge gradually.

In the heart, vanilla takes on a central role. It is accompanied by florals, giving the middle of the fragrance both a warm and a floral character. This combination makes Vanibella feel rounder and prevents the composition from being defined only by sweetness.

Vanilla Meets a Floral Heart

The florals are not specified further in the export, so they are intentionally left unnamed here. Their role within the composition is still clear: they soften the vanilla and bring a gentle floral dimension to the heart without introducing any additional notes that have not been confirmed.

Anyone specifically looking for a vanilla fragrance will find clear development rather than one unchanging vanilla impression. Vanilla first appears in the heart and is later deepened by vanilla absolute in the base. This gives the central theme more than one layer as the fragrance progresses.

A Deeper Vanilla Base

The base changes the character once again. Vanilla absolute strengthens the warm, full side of the composition, while sandalwood adds calm woody depth. Tonka rounds out the foundation with a soft, smooth facet. Together, these three notes give the final stage greater structure and dimension.

Sandalwood is especially important because it keeps the vanilla from feeling isolated. It creates a woody frame, while tonka supports the warm direction of the base. The result balances sweetness and wood without relying on any unconfirmed note to create contrast.

Who Will Enjoy Vanibella?

Vanibella is well suited to fragrance preferences where vanilla can take centre stage without standing alone. Bitter almond provides a distinctive opening contrast, florals shape the middle, and sandalwood with tonka gives the final stage a softer and deeper direction.

For people who enjoy bitter almond, the opening is particularly relevant because the note is not treated as a minor accent. It clearly introduces the fragrance and creates a noticeable boundary before vanilla takes over. That makes the progression easy to understand and gives each stage its own purpose.

Anyone searching specifically for tonka or sandalwood also gets useful orientation. Neither note appears in the opening; both are reserved for the base. This gives Vanibella a deliberate development from bitter almond through vanilla and florals to a warmer, woodier foundation.

A Focused Vanilla Composition

The composition is built from a relatively focused set of notes, making its character easy to understand without navigating an oversized fragrance pyramid. Bitter almond, vanilla, and the warm base form a clear line, while the floral heart provides a softer connection between those stages.

Vanibella therefore feels approachable without becoming generic. Its vanilla theme is obvious, but it changes from beginning to end. Bitter almond leads first, then floral vanilla opens the middle, before vanilla absolute, sandalwood, and tonka bring greater depth and calm to the final impression.

For anyone choosing between a pure gourmand profile and a floral-woody fragrance, Vanibella deliberately contains elements of both directions. Vanilla provides recognisable warmth, florals expand the heart, and sandalwood creates a woody foundation. This keeps the overall profile broader than a simple vanilla scent.

If bitter almond, vanilla, florals, vanilla absolute, sandalwood, and tonka are among the notes you actively seek, Vanibella offers a clearly structured way to experience them together. The fragrance moves from distinctive to soft and floral, then warm and woody, while maintaining an easy-to-follow identity.
